Who are you?
My name is Jim T. Maes. And that T in my name has been the subject of mockery, sophistry and illusion.
Where are you from?
I live in Ghent – Belgium. For those who do not know: Belgium is that little country with massive loads of gorgeous things to eat and drink such as chocolate, beer and belgian fries.
And for those Belgians who do not know: Ghent is the centre of culture for already over 500 years.
What do you do for a living?
I’m a technical consultant software development in Microsoft technologies for a big ugly blue/red company.
Why usability?
Because I dislike most of the software I have seen or the software I had to collaborate on because it was ugly and utterly user-unfriendly. Therefore I started to study usability at the University of Leuven.

Kweetniethoe op jouw blog terecht gekomen, maar ‘t zal wel met usability te maken hebben. Ik lees hier dat je de de post-ac opleiding Usability design hebt gevolgd in Leuven. Nu is dat net hetgene dat ik ook aan ‘t overpeinzen ben. Mag ik je daarom eens vragen:
